amazing graphics and setup i love the way it sits on my chromebook but it could be a little more portable
it is really nice
This monitor looks great and works well with my laptop. I don't use it at home, where I have a docking station and several large monitors but this portable monitor is great for traveling with. When you are used to multiple screens at home it is nice to have at least one extra on the road. The resolution is good, and the monitor is bright enough. It clips on to my laptop but can also be used with a phone stand if you like it to be a little further away from your laptop screen. It looks good, works well, and is well made.
I ordered the L-LIMINEK Attachable Monitor to use with a MacBook Pro M2 Max/16” while viewing video conferences and simultaneously taking notes. I can now watch a conference and take notes on the opposite screen; no longer obstructing the conference view on the screen when opening another window. My MacBook recognized the L-LIMINEK’s monitor when I used the Type C cable and ports, but I just couldn’t get the monitor to power on when I used the included cable for the HDMI port – probably user error because I’m unaware if I need to perform another function for a successful HDMI’s connection; except that I did also try to connect the monitor with an USB HDMI hub without benefit. The large font display, resolution clarity and ease of use was notable; and my favorite feature was that I can still use my laptop bed table with the portable monitor attached to my laptop. The bonus gray zippered carrycase with cushiony felt-like lining and the outside zippered compartment held all the monitor’s accessories and more. I very much like this monitor.
I love this unit. I have a 16” MacBook Pro M1 Max and it makes a wonderful addition. The screens are bright. I use an OWC hub and am extremely happy with the setup. It connects and disconnects from the MacBook in seconds keeping the portability in my computer. I don’t have a very large desk, so I was not able to get a large screen monitor, but these units fit because the hinges can bend to the proper angle and it fits on my desk perfectly.
I had a prior unit from a different company that I used for a year, however the screens were small and the screens were dim making them MUCH, MUCH less useful. Based on my experience, II highly recommend this unit.
Thank you so much for developing this and making it available.
The nature of my job requires me to travel frequently, I really need a portable monitor to replicate my home office. Fortunately, I have owned a LIMINK portable triple monitor for over 1week. This product is truly suitable for me as it is plug and play with no driver required, making it simple and safe to use. Additionally, it allows me to open multiple windows simultaneously, enabling efficient work even while traveling. The overall product is very lightweight, and the screens on both sides can be folded inward to protect them from damage. It is worth mentioning that the SP12's silicone pad design provides perfect protection for my laptop, preventing scratches. The quality of both the product and cables appears to be very reliable.
Great monitors. Making working on the road so much easier. I travel a lot and being able to take these along is great.
Love the ease of use and that it travels well. Picture clarity / quality could be a bit better. Overall very happy with this purchase. It allows for better work efficiency and saves a headache of jumping from page to page when you have to do it on a single screen.
I travel often and always bring my laptop - for a few years now, I've had several extra monitors to use for this purpose...some small, some large, some touch screen, some not, etc. Which one I take depends on how long I will be gone, where I'm going, and if it's a trip for business or for pleasure.I am thrilled to say that I have found ONE set of monitors that will be my only travel one now because this one is PERFECT and checks all the boxes on what I need! Here are some things I absolutely LOVE about this item:1. It is VERY easy to set up. Comes with instructions but if you've used one of these before, you probably don't need it. Even if you haven't, you have all the things you need right in the box and labeled (USB C cords, HDMI cords)...pick the cord(s) that works with your laptop, plug everything in, and THAT'S IT. No drivers, no complications...nothing. It just WORKS!2. It is a great size and gives you SO much more real estate - you have two panels on each side of the main display, so you feel like you are working on a much larger screen than you are. If you have done your homework, you already know that a dual monitor setup is a game changer for productivity and this one gives you not one extra but TWO of them.3. The color is vibrant and crisp on both displays. Very easy to adjust each one as they have individual controls. Nothing is going to ever beat the high resolution screen of the laptop itself, but these are pretty close...so no complaints whatssoever!4. Each monitor has it's own power, so if you don't want/need the 3rd screen, you can leave it off. Excellent!5. The middle holder slips on the top of a MacBook Pro 16" WITH THE CASE ON IT with no issue. This is a tremendous problem with other monitors of this type - it is made for a laptop without a case on it, and after dropping $3k on a MBP that is tricked out to my needs, there's no WAY I'm not putting a case on that to protect that investment. So, I greatly appreciate that this monitor setup thought of that and it works without needing to take it off.6. The holder expands so you can put it on any laptop and it will securely hold it in place with clips on the bottom and a clip type of item on the top - both which keep the screens ON without damaging or even rubbing on your laptop screen or the surrounding area. This is also excellent and a great design decision. It is a bit heavy when you have both on there but if you tilt it "just so" and you use the included adjustable stand, it is SUPER stable. I used to carry a stand with my other portable monitor (which did NOT come with it) and that was a pain...glad that I don't need to do that anymore. This is truly an all in one unit!7. This might seem like a small detail but it's actually one of my favorite things about it - it COMES WITH A GREAT CARRYING CASE!! Yes!! Finally, someone who gets how important this is! Most portable monitors come with a cheap, plastic, not insulated or cloth lined case that really does less than nothing to protect the screen. Not the case here! (no pun intended, but I'll take it since it works!) This comes with a plush, short furry lined case that protects your screens WELL and it still fits great in a backpack/travel bag. I have mine in a Kenneth Cole Reaction wheeled backpack and it fits snugly and securely in there, no problem.8. No lagging in display, no dead pixels, no wasted space on these screens. It's true 15.4" screen on both sides with only a small but necessary bezel on them. It's got a low blue light design so it's nice and bright without being obnoxious, and it's true 1080p resolution.9. It is surprisingly NOT that heavy, even in the case, so this won't be a chore to carry around with you on your travels. If you got this far, you are probably thinking...ok, this sounds great but this monitor setup is a bit more expensive than most of these are and that's not wrong, but I have no reservations in saying that I feel it is absolutely worth the price and then some. The quality is there, the functionality is there, and the fact that the design is SO well thought out and intuitive is just icing on the cake. A top of the light, high quality monitor of this type is usually around $250-300ish and up anyway, so considering you are getting two of them that are ultra portable and convenient, work well and are really designed to be taken on the road, as evidenced by the built in stand, the case etc. it's actually a good deal.If you are thinking about getting one of these, I recommend this monitor extender without any reservation. It's excellent all the way around!
It was very easy to set up , I had allot of of cord choices , my desk Went from being crowded by big monitors to having space and simplicity. I was hesitant about the price … but regular monitors will cost the same why not have the convenience of being mobile.I work from home so I’ll be able to have my three monitors and travel around without any issues. I have literally moved around my house all day with my monitors and it felt great!!! If no one told you !!! I will … BUY IT NOW !! Lol
I recently purchased the LIMINK SP12 portable monitor and I am extremely impressed!Firstly, the portability of this display screen is unmatched. It is easy to carry. Whether I'm traveling or simply on the move, I can easily fit it in my bag. It's a true convenience.Secondly, the durability of this display screen is remarkable. The build quality is top-notch, ensuring it can withstand bumps and accidental drops. I no longer worry about damaging it during my busy lifestyle. It's built to last. Finally, the screen itself is exceptionally clear and bright. The picture quality and colors are vibrant, providing a crisp and immersive visual experience. To summarize, the LIMINK SP12 portable monitor is a perfect combination of lightweight convenience, solid durability, and stunning clarity. I highly recommend this product for its outstanding performance.
This is certainly nice to have. The dial monitors have a spring clip to slide on the back of your laptop. They are about 15" monitors. I would say your monitor would have to be relatively flat to install. It has simple operation on off and a dial to adjust the typical brightness, etc. You will need a laptop capable having 2 additional displays so 2 display ports. They are fairly thin but quite heavier than I expected. It comes with leather case and 6 different USB-C /HDMI combination cords. Pretty much a complete system in the package. There is just some adjustments for multiple monitors settings on the PC and the monitors power on like expected. The graphic quality is good and works well with multitasking the go. The only thing they is of annoyance is the wires on the side I wish it were maybe on the bottom or in the back so it's not floating out at you. The monitors can be angled and stays pretty much in place. Over time I'm not sure how the hinges will stay firm. It has an adjustable kickstand in the back to help hold its weight. Iat rest it sits at a comfortable sitting angle. Overall they are good monitors and I would recommend them especially if you travel alot and need to work on multiple monitors.
